No refunds

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to exchange product. If you need to return your product, please review the information below.

• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Exchange will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. If you’re having trouble deciding what products might work best for your skin contact us for a recommendation. We’re happy to help!
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
We accept exchanges on items purchased on only up to 4 days after the original purchase.
Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, we may reach out to you for further information.

Damaged Product Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact us at
4 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 4 days.
You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Choose whichever courier you prefer – just remember to pack properly to ensure your return arrives undamaged!
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged. Only regular price items can be exchanged.
